The rumor that Samsung will release a supersized tablet in the near future has been circulating since the specifications for the company's upcoming Tab S8 series were first leaked online. Our interest has been piqued by the introduction of a new 14. 6-inch model, which is an absolute behemoth in terms of tablet size, even though we had anticipated that the majority of the changes would be made. In the meantime, we can get our first glimpse of Samsung's next iPad rivals thanks to new renders of the company's upcoming devices.
OnLeaks and Zouton published photographs of the Asus Transformer Prime, the smallest of the three tablets, earlier today, claiming it to be the Asus Transformer Prime. The Galaxy Tab S8 doesn't look much different from last year's model in terms of design: it's still a basic silver color with a stripe running below the camera bump, Samsung's emblem in the bottom corner, and antenna lines wrapping around the top and bottom of the tablet. The ability to be surprised by tablet designs is becoming increasingly difficult to come by these days, and it appears that this is the case with this device as well.
The fact that we have our first look at a device that has been talked about for months is exciting, regardless of the similarities. As a result of today's leak, some previously speculated specifications have been confirmed, including the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor, 8GB of RAM, and an 11-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080p. In comparison to the TFT panel that was discovered in the spreadsheet from May, this represents a significant improvement. Given that this is the entry-level Tab S8, the Pro or Ultra models may be a better fit if you require more RAM or storage space than 128GB.
Unfortunately, those who are eager to get their hands on a tablet the size of a dinner tray will have to wait for more leaks before they can do so. . The Tab S8 Ultra, on the other hand, is expected to look very similar to this particular model – except that it will be significantly larger in dimensions.
It's anyone's guess when it comes to predicting when Samsung's next tablet series will hit the market, so take your chances. This week's Galaxy Unpacked presentation, which took place as Techtober was coming to a close, focused on customizing colors for the Z Flip3.
