My aim at skill cape is OSRS GP Woodcutting/Fletching/Cooking. Fletching, Cooking, and Woodcutting are my top skills, but they take a lot of time. Although I have plenty of money, I would prefer to not spend 1m if it doesn't bring me any benefit ( Guthan's, crossbow, and pots can be traded, used later for use, or sold in a separate transaction).

I've left out a few but those are members skills. What is the best distance between attack, defence, and strength levels? For example I read some where that a good method is to have defence and attack the same and strength about 15 times higher. What are your thoughts? I feel that the market is getting crazy...lol.
