Sun crest already has a launch date from Alvera Wunsch's blog

Platinumgames has announced the definitive launch date of Sun Crest.

The shmup developed by the Japanese study was initially planned for last December, but was delayed indefinitely in a curious stream called Sun Cresta: Hideki Kamiya's Very Sorry Stream, in which the creative controversial made the news public.

This weekend, however, in a new stream it has been confirmed that the sequel to the mythical Moon Cresta and Terra Crest will eventually be for sale next February 22, with versions for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC. Its price will be forty dollars.

Sun crest is the first of the titles foreseen for this year of Platinumgames. The company that now directs AtSushi Inaba (who replaces the previous president and CEO, Kenichi Sato will publish Babylon's Fall in March, an RPG of Action edited by Square Enix, and on a date still to be determined from 2022 the expected Bayonetta 3, edited by Nintendo and exclusive for switch. In addition, they are still working in Project GG, an announced title in February 2020 and will be the first self-published by the Platinum itself.
