Just how to Release Fear - Teachings from This Moment Is Your Miracle from Douglas's blog

Set aside a second and inquire relating to this essential question: Where do I think my safety lies? This whole world—everything that people perceive through the five senses—is created on unconscious fear. How do this be? By the power of our mind. Your head simply can just only see what it believes, which explains why we must release false beliefs. In the end, the spiritual journey becomes about facing this unconscious fear. This is actually the transformation of the projected world into peace. When we perceive something fearful, we could always allow ourselves to set aside a second to pause rather than react. By taking a moment to open our minds and invite Holy Spirit into our perception, we invite a miraculous shift in how exactly we see things, and we could begin to let go of habitual reacting and conditioned behaviors. We then begin to open around inspiration.

Fears Can Become PossibilitiesWhen there is fear in your brain it's the ego actively attacking your peace of mind. This results in a lot of attack thoughts and doubt. In those moments, it's very important to be able to face the fears and really ask, “What am I afraid of?” When you are able to see your fears and what's to their rear, you are able to really enter the strength of choosing to be with the Spirit and realizing there's nothing at all that will threaten you. Then a fear inevitably must leave a course in miracles.  When that which you are frightened of sometimes appears, you will be in a space to tell the Holy Spirit, “Just show me Your Will for me.”Please tell us your thoughts, inspirations, experiences in the comment section below!
