Outlined in Sony's latest financial statements, it stated that games available for PS4 will disappear by 2025. This doesn't mean the older PS4 games will no longer be available for purchase D2R Items, but Sony intends to stop releasing new games on the system by this point.
Instead, by 2025, Sony has predicted that by 2025, the bulk of its profits associated with games will stem out of PlayStation 5, with titles on PC as well as mobile bringing in the other half of its income.
