It helps people behave better, who is to say it can't make a corporation behave better also? If EA derived no benefits from"doing the bare minimum of human decency" then they would not do even the bare minimum. It's well worth rewarding them for it like it's well worth rewarding a problem kid for doing their finest for daily. EA (and people in general) should not support black individuals for any reason beyond the fact that it is the correct thing to do. Benefits come from great behavior, you shouldn't be on good behavior for the benefits. After I see EA contribute to the causes or implement efforts to assist out black developers or things of this sort, then I will praise them. We only should demand a higher standard and quit letting firms off the hook easily. I'm of the mindset that offset civilization is mostly poor and individuals should be encouraged to change and improve. But we should not allow ourselves to be played by firms who are, at the close of the afternoon, trying to eliminate all barriers in the means of getting our cash. I have been burnt by false promises too many times.

And I believe this is true even for people too: if you want someone to act in a moral way the best way to do that's to give them the right incentives and rewards to make acting morally the best and most attractive solution for them. If you don't then your society will be unstable.This is where I see that this debate breaking down. Corporations are not people, they do not have some built-in ethical instincts. Should they act morally, it's because they gain, there is not any other motive. Either because there's pressure internally from their workers to behave in a way consistent with the morals and beliefs of the employees, or outside pressure from customers or authorities. Once I see EA donate to the causes or implement initiatives to assist out black developers or things of that type, then I'll praise them. We just should require a higher standard and stop letting companies off the hook easily.

Gonna do a quick rant. I know Madden was a very lazy franchise for a little while, and I want to make it obvious, I was not anticipating an amazing experience. I heard that this year's installation was particularly bad and did not plan on buying it at full price or not even at all. Then the Broncos first five weeks of this 2020 NFL season happened. From time ending injuries to the celebrities like Miller and Sutton, to buy mut coins madden 21 no fans and match cancelations, I had been dying to scratch my Broncos itch and have some fun. So the match was 30% away or something like this. So I thought why the hell not?
