Diablo 4 has been banned from countries such as The Netherlands from buryw's blog

Since when it was announced that Blizzard was developing a mobile adaptation for the Diablo franchise, a number of fans wanted to know more about the game because of the lengthy wait between Diablo 3 and Diablo 4 Gold. The title has been dubbed Diablo Diablo 4. and it was released recently in early access following been developed for a number of years that allowed the majority gamers who were initially excited to get an educated opinion about how they'd like it or not based on their experience graphics, graphics, and the potential for monetization. Though Blizzard's method of monetization of Diablo 4 was clearly inclined to use microtransactions, what wasn't clear enough was the nature of the choice.

Within the first few days Diablo 4 has been available to play, gamers became conscious of the significant problems with monetization, which affect the game's inner economy and the individuals who engage with it. The primary issue is lack of advancements at the endgame for your characters, which translates into months and months of grinding before actually having any chance of having good gear, while players have the option of spending impressive amounts of money to avoid the problem. There are two sides to the argument in that it suggests this model of pay-to-win is the primary objective of the game, but it also means that, even if one spends money, players aren't assured of anything of value to drop.

Diablo 4 has been banned from countries such as The Netherlands and Belgium because of the choices in monetization that makes it comparable to loot box, in which the loot one gets is not specifically purchased and chosen, but rather is completely random in nature. Additionally, Diablo fans on Reddit are now asking for Diablo 4 to be banned from all Diablo-related Subreddits in order to communicate a clear message to Blizzard in addition to protecting newcomers from predatory monetization practices.

A Redditor called Al3xqcs shared a post two days ago proposing the idea of removing Diablo 4. now dubbed "Diablo Immoral" by the community, from the Subreddit. The post got a lot of interest and is currently having more than 20K votes as well as numerous awards, with several players agreeing that it is a good idea to stop Diablo Diablo 4 from gaining more popularity in the community because it could easily take on people suffering from gambling issues.

Similar reasons, Diablo 4 is being criticised on multiple websites with angry players trying to bring attention to the problem of monetization. Some are doing this to boost people concerned of the possibility that Diablo 4 might incur the same economic issues both internally and externally. This could be a complete disaster for the franchise the eyes of veteran players. Diablo 3 also set a precedent in this regard through the auction house in real-money which is the reason for the fear that Diablo IV Gold is but a one-way ticket to the next.
