Men with erectile dysfunction (ED) can be treated with the
drug Tadalista 10 mg.
Its active component is tadalafil, an inhibitor of phosphodiesterase type 5
(PDE5). Tadalafil helps men get and keep an erection by boosting blood flow to
the penis during sexual stimulation. One pill taken orally with a full glass of
water half an hour to an hour before sexual activity is the standard suggested
dosage. Tadalafil works well in a sexually stimulating environment. Tadalafil
has an extended duration of action since its effects might linger for up to 36
hours. This is the rationale behind its moniker, "the weekend pill."
