It was a pleasure to visit the United Airlines Brussels Office lately. The office is easy to find because of its handy location in the middle of the city. My problems were promptly and clearly handled by the polite, experienced staff. Although there was a brief delay, the staff did a great job of keeping everyone updated and expediting the queue. The office itself had a nice vibe to it because it was tidy and maintained. Overall, the staff was friendly and the facility was kept up nicely, so the service was satisfactory.
