I figure it should rain now before it begins to rain in Runescape from Nfkjasfas's blog

Generally has slower training methods avaliable. I say generally since some players practice at f2p sites like SoS Red spiders or Cockroach soldiers RS Gold, which decreases their speed, but places them at the same level as Pf2ps. There's a reason why 99-year-olds head straight for members. They gain more experience than if they were a free player.

Since all the variants are the same and all varibles have the same value, it's reasonable to expect that a pf2p would get a 99 at much less than the member. It's not fair to think that all abilities are equal. Someone who is trained in range could achieve a 99 much faster because he has more options avaliable to him for leveling quickly, but in training mining, he would benefit less over a pf2p up to higher levels, as irregardless of whether the member or not, he will have to compete with other people for ore rocks, at the very least, until he has rune.

My opinion is that everything comes down how one sees a skillcape. Similar questions arise about the issue of whether gold medalists from ParaOlympics are treated with more recognition over Olympic gold medalists. ParaOlympics competitors had to overcome physical disabilities in order to be awarded the medal. To minimize the importance of the person who earned a gold medal would not be fair because he was also faced with the task of overcoming others who were physically fit to earn that gold medal.

I'm curious to hear what others think of this question. I'm curious to know what the next skillcape will be? I'm a Summoning Tank, and in desperate need charms. They are difficult to acquire by myself and I don’t have friends who would be willing to share theirs. I'm willing to pay for each Charm. Because it's multicombat and includes various monsters Buy OSRS Fire Cape, I would prefer that we do it in the Chaos Tunnels.
