In comparison, the second signet is significantly easier to obtain, as it can be found by simply completing the Gruul's Lair raid.
Return the original quest he assigned you, "The Cudgel of Kar'Desh," to him in order to receive your reward: attunement to Serpentshrine Cavern (ask him for more information).
