Dungeoneering can be considered as a "skill", but it is not a skill. It is dependent on RuneScape Gold four other people's abilities. If Jagex made solo dungeoneering up to 350k exp/hr and I believe it would be more of a skill. Post might have been just a mess of unorganized thoughts. The main reason I am saying this is that I think removing the grind will remove most of the fun.
Also to make more evident, I'm stating that runescape has no really good endgame apart from personal achievement, when you take out the accomplishment, you lose the game tbh.
These are valid points, especially regarding the removal of large portions of the game and the necessity of large goals for content. But, I disagree with your point about quests: it might have been the case once, but it isn't any more so that a player 70or more can complete every quest. Since quests are my primary motivation for raising skills, I find this significant.
This has resulted in an increase in the skill sets I need. For instance, to make the quest cape, you will require 76 defense and constitution, mining, woodcutting as well as crafting. 80 attack and power, spells, 77smithing, theft, and firemaking.
None of these quests are boostable. They'll take around two times as long at the top than the 70-level requirements. These are all sequels to Buy Old School RuneScape Gold quests I could finish with ease, or at the very least 70ish statistics. Runescape appears to be forcing players to grind more in specific areas, which I find absurd.
