The Foundations section of the Objectives tab, which can be accessed from the Ultimate Team main menu, contains a plethora of tradeable packs and free coin rewards for completing relatively simple objectives. Many of them can be obtained simply by participating in all of the modes available in Ultimate Team. You should be able to complete a few of them simply by playing, but you should check in every now and then to see what else you need to do to complete this section.
