Hydrocele is a medical disorder that causes a fluid-filled
bag to develop in the scrotum. It's a condition in which a neurotic
accumulation of serous fluid in a bodily cavity occurs. This infection is
particularly frequent in newborns. The testicles descend downhill a tube from
