Every bearing lubricated with mechanical oil should be replaced every 240 hours, and the oil level should be between the two graduations on the oil gauge at all times. If it is not enough, make it up at any time.

  5. The normal dripping degree of the stuffing box is generally controlled to drop drop by drop to form a discontinuous line, that is, 20~150 drops per minute. The amount of dripping can be controlled by loosening and tightening the packing gland. Be careful not to press on one side, so as not to wear the shaft sleeve and gland.

  6. Regularly check the coupling and the anchor bolts on the unit. If any deviation or looseness is found, it should be corrected and tightened in time.

  7. Pay attention to the change of the meter pointer. Under normal operation, the position of the gauge needle should be basically stable at a certain position. If the pointer of the instrument changes and jumps violently, the cause should be found out immediately. For example, if the vacuum gauge reading rises, it may be that the suction pipe is blocked or the water level of the water source is falling; the pressure gauge reading rises, it may be that the pressure water pipe orifice is blocked; The speed should be reduced, the impeller is blocked, etc. For the motor, pay attention to whether the reading on the ammeter exceeds the rated current of the motor. If the current is too large or too small, it should be stopped and checked in time.

  8. If the large acid resistant submersible pump group adopts water-cooled bearings or circulating oil-cooled motors, the water and oil circuits should be kept unblocked. If the circulating cooling system fails, the pump should be stopped immediately for maintenance.

  9. Pay attention to the change of the water level of the suction well. If the water level of the suction well is lower than the lower design water level, one or two units should be properly turned off to avoid cavitation and damage to the impeller. Generally speaking, urban sewage generally has less water from midnight to 8 in the morning, so special attention should be paid to it.
