Set aside a second and inquire concerning this very important question: Where do I believe my safety lies? This whole world—everything that we perceive through the five senses—is created on unconscious fear. Just how can this be? By the energy of our mind. The mind simply can only just see what it believes, which is why we must release false beliefs. In the end, the spiritual journey becomes exactly about facing this unconscious fear. This is actually the transformation of the projected world into peace. When we perceive something fearful, we can always allow ourselves to take a moment to pause rather than react. By going for a moment to open our minds and invite Holy Spirit into our perception, we invite a miraculous shift in exactly how we see things, and we can start to release habitual reacting and conditioned behaviors. acim We then start to open up to inspiration. Fears Can Become PossibilitiesWhen there's fear in your brain it's the ego actively attacking your peace of mind. This contributes to lots of attack thoughts and doubt.

In those moments, it's crucial that you manage to face the fears and really ask, “What am I afraid of?” If you are able to see your fears and what's to their rear, you are able to really get into the potency of choosing to be with the Spirit and realizing there's very little that will threaten you. Then the fear inevitably has to leave.
