Take the time and inquire relating to this extremely important question: Where do I think my safety lies? This whole world—everything that people perceive through the five senses—is built on unconscious fear. Just how can this be? By the power of our mind. Your brain simply can just only see what it believes, which explains why we have to release false beliefs. In the end, the spiritual journey becomes all about facing this unconscious fear. Here is the transformation of the projected world into peace acim. Whenever we perceive something fearful, we can always allow ourselves to take the time to pause rather than react. By having a moment to open our minds and invite Holy Spirit into our perception, we invite a miraculous shift in exactly how we see things, and we can start to let go of habitual reacting and conditioned behaviors. We then start to open around inspiration. Fears Can Become PossibilitiesWhen there's fear in the mind it's the ego actively attacking your peace of mind. This results in a lot of attack thoughts and doubt. In those moments, it's crucial that you be able to face the fears and really ask, “What am I afraid of?” If you are able to see your fears and what's behind them, you can really enter into the potency of choosing to be with the Spirit and realizing there's nothing at all that may threaten you. Then the fear inevitably needs to leave.
