 We're exploring different ways to use the map mechanics, and each battleground is their own distinct experience buy WoTLK Gold, which is close to the World of Warcraft experience as rather than a Starcraft experience. Therefore, we're trying to make something different enough to reach our audience. We believe that there are players who love the games out in the world, they'll like ours. We're working to develop something that's unique enough that we can bring to the table our own unique people.

ZT: What lessons you learned during your development process for Starcraft II which you are employing in the creation of Heroes of the Storm?


DB: We have experienced this kind of value here at Blizzard for a long period of time or perhaps an idea, that multiplayer games should have between 15 and 25 minutes, with 18 to 20 mins is the sweet spot. This feels like the amount of time in which it feels like a real game and you feel really connected to it, and you're not really annoyed if you don't win because you've got time for another game. We've been wanting to implement that in Heroes and so we kind did it and are doing our best to make it happen, and it's been working well for us.


Multiple maps are something that Starcraft II has done for many years, as well as World of Warcraft and the original Starcraft. We liked the idea that we believe adds an element of variety to the gameplay WoW WoTLK Classic Gold. The ideas we're taking from Starcraft and World of Warcraft are a many of the main ideas of trying to keep an array of extremely intense strategies in the game.
