1. Mess/Canteen Facilities: Many might wonder whether this is important facility to look for an engineering college. But "Yes", one must look whether the canteen is functioning properly and whether it is providing hygienic food or not, before joining the college. Students must spend all the four years constructively within the college, hence along with studies, food is also mandatory.

2. Library: When it comes to engineering, expanding the niche knowledge is most important. Students must learn and gain core subjects’ knowledge each and every day. Hence the engineering college must own a proper library which can absolutely satisfy the reading habit of the students.

3. Transport: The good transportation facilities is also necessary for students to check for in engineering college. Just imagine the scenario, if the college is not having proper transport system, then students must opt the commute system on their own. Many times, it is not safe and it is highly tedious to take transportation by themselves. Hence, if the college has good, reliable transportation facility then opting it is wise decision.

4. Internet Access: Though staffs are available to answer the questions and doubts of the students, it is not just enough. In engineering, students must prepare for seminars, handle practical classes by themselves, learn for self-study topics. For these things, just libraries and staff assistance alone are not enough. Students must be allowed to access the internet whenever they require it. In our college, the Wi-Fi access is not restricted to classes alone. The students can use the Wi-Fi anywhere inside the college campus.
