Do not use Norco ifyou have:
a blockage in your stomach or intestine
severe asthma or breathing problems
To ensure Norco is safe for you, tell your doctor if you ever had:
a drug or alcohol addiction
a head injuryor seizures
breathing problems, sleep apnea or breathing stops during sleep
liver disease
urination problems
problems with yourthyroid, pancreas, or gallbladder
Norco may causebreathing problems in older people, as well as those who are severely ill, malnourished, or otherwise disabled.
If you use narcotic pain relieverswhile pregnant, your baby may become dependent on the medication. Babies who are born addicted to a habit-forming drugmay require medical care for several weeks. If you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant, tell your doctor.
If you are breastfeeding, talk to your doctor beforetaking an opioid medication. If you notice a nursing baby who is drowsy or breathing slowly, call your doctor.
