Passaggio 2: scegliere il metodo di pagamento e la consegna (registrazione, inserire l’indirizzo di pagamento e consegna)
Se sei un utente registrato, inserisci il tuo nome utente e la password nei campi forniti. Per gli utenti non registrati, fai clic sul pulsante “Non sei registrato” e compila il modulo “I miei dettagli”, dove sono richiesti i campi contrassegnati da un asterisco (*). Conferma i tuoi dettagli facendo clic sul pulsante “Continua lo shopping”. Con questo utente non registrato apre un nuovo account, password per il quale riceverà sul suo indirizzo email.
Ed è lo stesso dell’indirizzo inserito nel modulo “I miei dati”. Se desideri ricevere i prodotti ordinati a un altro indirizzo o inviarli a qualcuno per un regalo, fai clic sul campo “Consegna a un altro indirizzo” e inserisci le informazioni richieste. In questo caso, la fattura verrà inviata al cliente e i prodotti al destinatario. Sappi solo che se invii un pacco a un indirizzo diverso rispetto ai tuoi abbonati, non puoi pagare la merce alla consegna. Facendo clic su “Continua lo shopping” verrai indirizzato a una pagina in cui dovrai scegliere tra i metodi di pagamento offerti.
Passaggio 3: pagamento (verifica dell’ordine, selezione del metodo di pagamento e conferma o completamento dell’acquisto)
Prima di fare clic sul pulsante “Effettua ordine”, assicurarsi che l’elenco dei prodotti ordinati sia corretto. Controlla anche l’indirizzo di spedizione.
Riceverai una conferma dell’ordine andato a buon fine inviato al tuo indirizzo email.
Ordinazione – contratto in remoto
I contratti sono conclusi in lingua slovena. Sono archiviati elettronicamente presso la sede centrale. I clienti possono richiedere una copia in pdf tramite il nostro contatto [email protected]. Per le copie dei contratti(fatture, bolle di consegna) che hanno più di due anni, potremmo addebitare una commissione di emissione.
Trattiamo gli ordini accettati come irrevocabili. L’acquirente può annullare l’ordine senza alcun obbligo aggiuntivo dal momento dell’inoltro dell’ordine alla ricezione della notifica elettronica che l’ordine è in corso.
