What Is Overthinking?
Overthinking is something that happens constantly in our minds, especially when we get stressed. It can stop your ability to be present and relax. There are times when you overthink. It may be a constant way of life for you, and there’s little you can do about it. But there are also ways to stop overthinkingso that you can clear your mind, focus on the task at hand, and get things done. We live in an overthinking world - and research shows that overthinking is something many of us struggle with. And it can cause you to hesitate, procrastinate, feel anxious and confused about what to do in situations that actually don't require much thought at all.
