My recent flight from Heathrow Terminal 4 with KLM Airlines LHR Terminal was a wonderful experience. The personnel were welcoming and helpful, and the check-in procedure went well. I liked how there were many different food options and cozy seating locations. The lounge was a pleasant addition that provided a tranquil area prior to my departure. At prime times, it did get a little crowded, though. Overall, KLM's service at LHR impressed me and made the trip enjoyable.
