On the other hand, if the control room and the sensor are separated by a very long distance, or if plant noise is likely to have a negative effect on the sensor's low-level signal, the installation of the temperature devices should take place in the immediate vicinity of the sensor. This would have a significant influence on the efficiency of the sensor's signal, resulting in its reconditioning and conversion into a regular signal. The instrument is mounted in isolation in connection heads in applications like these.
